Orders that are in-stock ship within 10-14 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email.
Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. We must be notified of your damages within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not hold off on inspecting your item (I.e. waiting upon project completion or residential move).
When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.
If an item is subject to sales tax in the state or province to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with state, provincial and local tax laws, the total selling price of an item may include shipping, handling charges, and discounts.
Sales tax may be waived if a sales tax certificate is provided. Please contact our store for more info.
